People have shied away from these alarms because they don’t automatically notify the police, meaning that you are still at someone else’s mercy, a neighbor or passerby, to see or hear the alarm and notify the authorities.

You have to decide what type of security system will best suit your needs, and your budget. Take the time to look around, see what the market has to offer, and then make you decision. You don’t necessarily have to buy the most expensive system you can find, but you should get the best that you can afford. Remember, when it comes to protecting your home and family, it is not a matter that you should take lightly.
